How far is the studio from Asok?

One BTS stop from Asok (also spelled Asoke) to Phrom Phong, then a five-minute walk to Sukhumvit Soi 30/1 — around ten minutes door to door. By car it is a short drive down Sukhumvit Road, with free valet parking when you arrive.

Can I fit a session around office hours?

Yes — we open at 08:00 daily for pre-work sessions and run until 20:00. A private shower room means you can train and go straight to the office.

Do you run group Pilates classes?

No. Every class at The Best Pilates is private (1:1) or duet (2:1), so every minute of your hour is coached.

I use the MRT — is the studio easy to reach?
