Private Pilates near Thonglor — Worth the Five-Minute Trip

Thonglor has group studios. We do the opposite.

Thonglor is full of boutique fitness — and almost all of it runs on group timetables. The Best Pilates takes the opposite approach: a fully private studio one BTS stop away at Phrom Phong (Sukhumvit 30/1), where every session is 1:1 or duet and every repetition is coached.

Five minutes door to door

From Thonglor it is a short drive down Sukhumvit — hand your car to our free valet and walk in — or one BTS stop from Thong Lo to Phrom Phong plus a five-minute walk. Open daily 08:00–20:00, with complimentary coffee and a private shower room so a session slots into a Thonglor schedule without friction.

What a private session actually changes

In a group reformer class, everyone follows the same choreography. Here, your program is built from your own InBody scan and posture photos: spring resistance, tempo and range of motion are set for your body. If you are working around back pain, desk-posture issues, or pre/postnatal training, that difference is not cosmetic — it is the whole point.

Duet: bring one person, not a crowd

Many Thonglor clients train as a pair — partners, friends, mother and daughter. Duet sessions keep the coaching personal while sharing the session, at a lower per-person cost than private.

Trial session — ฿1,990

Full assessment plus a personalised session, for new clients, once. Private packages from ฿2,205 per session. See pricing.

FAQ

How far is the studio from Thonglor?

About five minutes by car down Sukhumvit Road, or one BTS stop (Thong Lo → Phrom Phong) plus a short walk to Soi 30/1.

Is parking really free?

Yes — valet parking is complimentary for clients, so driving from Thonglor is the easiest option.

Why travel when there are studios in Thonglor?

If a group timetable suits you, stay local. If you want a session built around your own assessment with a coach on you the entire hour, that is what we do — and nothing else.

Can two people with different levels share a duet?

Yes. The instructor adjusts equipment and exercises individually within the same session.
